Business Setup Process
- Client will fill our online form (https://edalsa.com/business-setup) , submit required documents, and make the initial payment.
- We will send a prefilled Power of Attorney document to the client through his/her email.
- Client will send us apostilled power of attorney (original along with Turkish language translated copy) dully attested by Turkish consulate in their country for Setting up and managing business on their behalf. We will need code / serial number issued by the embassy after attestation.
- After receiving code, we will prepare documents, and submit applications to the relevant departments.
- Business incorporation process takes 3 to 5 working days.
- After issuance of tax papers, we will get an official stamp with tax number.
- We will open a business bank account and client will deposit 500,000 Turkish Liras in the company’s bank account as paid-up capital. The client can use this amount in any business activity, e.g., rent, purchase (if any) etc.
- If owner deposits USD 100,000 as paid-up capital, he/she will be exempted from hiring 5 mandatory Turkish employees.
Terms and Conditions
General:
- Work Permit: As per Turkish laws, work permit is necessary for business owner to conduct business in Türkiye. Contact us for details.
- Eligibility for Citizenship: After a continuous stay of five years, work permit holders are eligible to apply for Turkish citizenship.
- Client Responsibilities: Airfare, visa costs, insurance, and hotel reservations are the client’s responsibility.
- Payment Terms: All payments must be made in advance before the start of each process and are non-refundable.
- VAT: All our prices are subject to a 20% Value Added Tax (VAT). The final invoice will reflect the exact amounts.
- Currency: All prices mentioned in our Tariff are in USD or Euros (kindly observe currency signs).
- Subject to Change: Terms, conditions, and procedures are subject to change. Please discuss details with our representatives to avoid delays or complications.
Company Setup and Work Permits:
- Family Members: Applicants can include their spouse and children under 18 as dependents on their work permit. Additional fees and requirements may apply.
- Financial Requirements: Applicants must have sufficient funds to start and operate a business, as well as to support themselves and their family during their stay.
- Pricing: The listed price is for standard processing. Additional fees may apply for complex documents or physical offices.
- Business Address: A business address is required for company registration A virtual office is included in our package for this purpose. We can assist with finding suitable office space, in case client will require it.
- Geographic Scope: The details provided are for establishing a general trading business in Istanbul. Costs and procedures may differ for other provinces.
- Work Permit Validity: Initial work permits are issued for one year.
- Government Changes: Terms and conditions may change due to government regulations.
